Key Points

  • The aim is to derive proton and neutron magnetic moments using the Charge-Entanglement Ontology without parameter tuning.
  • Parameter-free derivation using the Charge-Entanglement Ontology framework.
  • Utilization of entanglement-induced eccentricity splitting mechanism.
  • Predictions made without ad-hoc adjustments.
  • Proton magnetic moment found to be 2.792 μ_N, closely matching experimental value of 2.793 μ_N.
  • Neutron magnetic moment calculated as -1.89 μ_N, near experimental value of -1.913 μ_N.
  • Explains neutron marginal instability and energy release in beta decay (~1.293 MeV).

Abstract

This paper presents a clean, parameter-free derivation of the proton and neutron magnetic moments within the Charge-Entanglement Ontology (CEO), a unified pregeometric framework in which all physical reality emerges from photon dipole pairs organized around a single central Alpha Void Maelstrom. The key innovation is Entanglement-Induced Eccentricity Splitting: when photon dipoles of differing helicity entangle on the same Alpha Void, they induce a natural local distortion of the Void’s eccentricity. Aligned dipoles reinforce the stable eccentricity \ (e₀ 0. 962\), while retrograde dipoles reduce it. This mechanism emerges strictly from the foundational primitives (marginal stability \ (K = P V₀ = V c²\), critical locking efficiency \ (₂ₑ₈ₓ (n) \), chiral reclamation waves, and Greer’s Variational Principle) with no ad-hoc tuning. The resulting predictions are: - Proton magnetic moment: \ (ₚ = 2. 792\, N\) (experimental: 2. 793) - Neutron magnetic moment: \ (ₙ = -1. 89\, N\) (experimental: -1. 913) The same mechanism naturally accounts for the neutron’s marginal instability and the energy release in beta decay (\ (E 1. 293\) MeV). This work strengthens the ontological foundation of the Charge-Entanglement Ontology and demonstrates that key static properties of nucleons can be derived from a single primitive — charge asymmetry — without requiring quarks or color charge. Further tests on dynamic quantities (charge radius, parton distributions, etc. ) are planned. Full foundational definitions and mathematical structures are provided in the attached Master Reference Document v2. 9 (Appendix A).
