Key Points

  • To develop a quantum-topological framework of Resonant Vacuum Architecture and predict new particles.
  • Model the vacuum as a stationary cubic lattice with O_h symmetry.
  • Develop a scale-invariant operator equation with automatic exponent quantization.
  • Perform analytical synthesis of fundamental constants across various scales.
  • Predicted a sterile neutrino at 1.243 keV and an RVA-meson at 3.264 GeV.
  • Established a geometric prohibition on fourth-generation fermions.

Abstract

This preprint presents a quantum-topological generalization of Resonant Vacuum Architecture (RVA). The vacuum is modeled as a stationary cubic lattice with Oₕ symmetry. A unified scale-invariant operator equation with automatic exponent quantization is developed. The theory provides parameter-free analytical synthesis of fundamental constants across micro, meso, and macro scales, predicts a sterile neutrino at 1. 243 keV and an RVA-meson at 3. 264 GeV, and establishes a geometric prohibition on fourth-generation fermions.
