ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of radical resection of ovarian cancer combined with TP chemotherapy in patients with ovarian cancer.MethodsEighty ovarian cancer patients who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the First Clinical Medical College of Three Gorges University Yichang Central People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and all the patients were divided into the control group (n=40, treated with laparotomy radical resection of ovarian cancer) and the research group (n=40, treated based on the control group in combination with TP chemotherapy regimen) according to the random number table, and the coagulation function and tumor-related factors of the two groups were compared using SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results(1) Before treatment, P > 0.05; After six cycles of treatment, the coagulation indexes of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the index levels in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05; After six cycles of treatment, the levels of NDRG4 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of HOXB7 and HK10 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe radical resection of ovarian cancer combined with TP chemotherapy can significantly improve the coagulation function and tumor related factors in patients with ovarian cancer.
