Abstract

We report a bounded public-data mechanism-assignment audit for the MMA-DMF vac+ / Majorana-linked UHECR branch. The same fixed active-vacuum transduction mechanism remains consistent with (i) a UHECR vac+ transparency/transduction branch, (ii) an IceCube neutrino-side Majorana-linked proxy-consistency branch, (iii) an auxiliary atmospheric active-medium response branch from CLOUD public data, and (iv) a topological FTL phase-defect bridge, without retuning the equation spine or adding a new fitted degree of freedom. The retained source-layer assignment is a post-Kuiper / outer-heliosphere / heliopause active-vacuum transduction layer; this is not conventional astrophysical point-source identification. The UHECR side uses dated Auger public-data R0–R7 artifacts. The final canonical-ready denominator is 79,630 rows, with the older 24,285-row SD1500-only ledger retained only as pre-R0 provenance. Earlier non-pass or inconclusive states are not erased: R2 and R3 are development constraints, while R4C, R5, R6B and R7 define the later limited mechanism-lock state. The pre-Auger claim chain retains the canonical random-sky Cphys freeze, evidence-level vac+ / Majorana-linked flags, non-single-event ablation robustness, CMS scale-safety, CLOUD ion-induced active-medium response, and symbolic vac+ / Majorana consistency. The main physical interpretation is that Oh-My-God / Amaterasu-type missing-source events are compatible with source-layer boundary-transduction residuals under MMA-DMF: the observed primary is not required to preserve a direct line-of-sight point-source identity, the GZK Mandelstam threshold is preserved, and the attenuation opacity is reduced by the logarithmic transparency factor. Here, “FTL” denotes superluminal topological/correlation/phase-defect dynamics, not superluminal front-causal signalling, material-object motion, or energy transport. The final retained status is a limited public-data mechanism assignment with partial frozen-null tail support.
