Key Points

  • The research examines the interplay between TAYB’s Meta-Ontological Field Theory and the Theory of Objectivity, focusing on their shared and divergent elements.
  • Critical-propositional analysis of TAYB's theories against TO's axioms and phenomenic elements.
  • Exploration of concepts like information ontology and emergent spacetime.
  • Dialogue between frameworks to identify convergences and tensions.
  • TAYB's theory enhances understanding of information's role in reality and challenges arbitrary cosmological origins.
  • Identified tensions in modal discipline and clarity between MOFT and TO, necessitating greater alignment for compatibility.
  • Proposes that knowledge and information are vital in connection to atomic relations and emergent properties.

Abstract

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of El Bouazzaoui TAYB’s Meta-Ontological Field Theory: The Autopoietic Convergence of Information, Consciousness, and Universal Geometry — An Argument from Contradiction for the Necessity of Logical Monism, published on Zenodo with DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20378742. The study examines TAYB’s Meta-Ontological Field Theory in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, especially with its modal axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. The analysis highlights important convergences between both frameworks, including the rejection of arbitrary cosmological origins, the ontological role of information, the emergence of spacetime, the constitutive function of observation, and the search for a non-reductionist foundation of physical, biological, and cognitive reality. At the same time, the article identifies relevant points of tension. While MOFT tends toward a logical monism in which the universe is interpreted as an autopoietic, self-verifying, and self-cognitive logical system, the Theory of Objectivity is grounded in a plural modal structure composed of seven necessary axioms, a theory of objective relations, and a cosmogonic sequence of Eras. Special emphasis is given to the TO thesis that the transcendent element is knowledge or information produced in atomic relations, equivalent to atomic radiations. The article concludes that TAYB’s work is a strong meta-ontological interlocutor for the Theory of Objectivity, particularly in the fields of information ontology, quantum contextuality, emergent spacetime, gravity, life, and consciousness. However, it also argues that MOFT requires greater modal discipline, clearer phenomenic specification, and a more explicit cosmogonic ordering in order to achieve fuller compatibility with TO.
