Teachers in Chile experienced increased burnout and health risks amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants were 340 non-university teachers in Chile (88.80% women), aged 23-63 years. Hierarchical regression models (HRMs) and qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) identified role conflict, workload and COVID-19's work-related impact as major predictors of burnout and health issues, while social support was not significant. Notably, QCA revealed additional significant factors like inequity and interpersonal conflicts. This research provides insights into the multifaceted nature of workplace well-being among non-university Chilean teachers, emphasizing the diverse effects of job demands on health and burnout.
