Abstract

目的：探讨益肾固精法治疗慢性肾脏病（ckd）2-3期脾肾气虚型蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法：选取2023 年12月至2025年12月我院收治的50例慢性肾脏病2-3期脾肾气虚型蛋白尿患者，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各 25例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾固精中药汤剂治疗，疗程均为12周。比较两组患 者的中医证候积分、24小时尿蛋白定量变化。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为90.7%，显著高于对照组的72.1%（p < 0.05）。观察组在改善中医证候积分、降低24小时尿蛋白定量方面均优于对照组（p < 0.05）。结论：益肾固精法 联合常规治疗能够显著改善慢性肾脏病2-3期脾肾气虚型蛋白尿患者的临床症状，减少蛋白尿，具有良好的临床应用 价值。
