Abstract

为探究广西防城港核电站冷源海域水母暴发期间大型水母和主要鱼类的空间分布特征及其生物量,于2025年1月使用科学回声探测仪(Simrad EK 80)对该海域进行了水声学调查,并辅以传统拖网方式同步采集生物学数据。结果表明:(1)拖网渔获物主要为根口水母目、鲈形目、鲉形目,其中黄斑海蜇(Rhopilema hispidum)、短吻鲾(Leiognathus brevirostris)、金钱鱼(Scatophagus argus)、褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)为优势种。(2)渔业水声学数据显示,本次调查共监测到大型水母和主要鱼类2689尾,其单体目标强度(target strength,TS)主要分布区间为−70~−60 dB;估算海域总生物量为3904.37 t,其中黄斑海蜇生物量为3547.15 t,占比90.85%。(3)在水平方向上,7号样点区的平均TS最大(−58.43 ± 4.25) dB,且极显著高于其他样点区域(p TS显著高于表层(p p > 0.05)。(4)大型水母和主要鱼类的密度在水平方向上分布不均匀,呈北部>南部、深水区>浅水区、湾内>河海交汇处;在垂直方向上,表层大型水母和主要鱼类密度显著高于中层(p p > 0.05),底层密度则极显著高于中层(p < 0.001)。本研究揭示了防城港核电站冷源海域水母暴发期间大型水母和主要鱼类的空间分布格局和群落组成特征,并准确评估了其生物量,为广西防城港核电站冷源海域风险生物的预警监测和防控提供了数据支撑。
