Abstract

当前公路施工中普遍存在机械调度粗放、资源配置不合理、任务冲突频发等问题,导致资源浪费与工期 延误。本文针对公路施工机械调度问题,构建了以最小化总成本(包括机械使用成本、空驶成本和延期惩罚成本)为 目标的多目标混合整数规划模型,并综合考虑了机械类型匹配性、任务时间窗约束、工作量需求、机械可用性等现实 因素。在此基础上,设计了一种融合遗传算法(GA)与局部搜索策略的混合智能优化算法(HGA-LS),以高效求解 该NP-hard问题。通过仿真实验,将所提模型与算法在不同规模的算例上进行测试,并与传统调度规则及标准遗传算 法进行对比。实验结果表明,所提出的HGA-LS算法在求解质量与计算效率方面均具有显著优势,能够有效提升公路 施工机械调度的科学性与经济性,为智慧工地与数字化施工管理提供理论支撑与技术路径。
