Abstract

甲状腺癌发病率逐年上升，手术是首选疗法，但术后易出现颈部活动受限、吞咽困难等功能障碍，严重影响患者生活质量。本研究探讨延续性康复指导对甲状腺癌术后患者颈部功能恢复的作用。选取某院92例甲状腺癌手术患者，随机分对照组和观察组各46例。对照组常规出院指导，观察组在此基础上进行3个月延续性康复指导。用相关量表评估干预效果，结果显示干预3个月后，观察组颈部功能、吞咽功能及生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组（p < 0.05）。结论：该指导可促进功能恢复、提升生活质量，值得推广。
