Abstract

本文聚焦于房建工程中临时测量控制网的关键技术瓶颈,系统性地提出了一套集“快速布设”与“动态优化” 于一体的创新技术体系。首先,针对布设阶段,构建了基于BIM(建筑信息模型)正向设计的控制点智能预选模型, 并融合多源传感器(如GNSS-RTK、全站仪、激光扫描仪)进行协同观测,实现了控制网的高效初建。其次,针对施 工扰动导致的控制点失稳问题,创新性地引入了基于卡尔曼滤波(KalmanFilter)与序贯平差(SequentialAdjustment) 相结合的动态优化算法,能够对控制网进行实时或准实时的状态监测与参数更新。最后,通过一个典型的超高层核心筒- 外框结构施工案例,验证了所提技术的有效性与优越性。结果表明,该技术体系能将控制网布设时间缩短,动态优化 后网形稳定性提升,优于传统方法,为智能建造与精细化施工提供了坚实的空间基准保障。
