水厂构筑物,如清水池、沉淀池、滤池等,作为城市供水系统的核心组成部分,其结构安全与功能完整 性直接关系到供水水质安全与系统运行的可靠性。由于长期处于满水或高水位运行状态,这些构筑物对混凝土结构的 抗渗性能提出了极高的要求。在施工过程中,模板体系的选择与对拉螺栓防渗节点的设计是确保构筑物最终抗渗性能 的关键环节。本文旨在系统阐述水厂构筑物模板体系的选型原则、构造要点及施工控制措施,并重点聚焦于对拉螺栓 防渗节点的设计原理、常见失效模式、优化设计方案及施工质量控制。提出一套科学、可靠、经济且便于施工的质量 保障体系,为提升水厂构筑物的整体耐久性和服役寿命提供技术支撑。
