Abstract

Job involvement has been one of the most effective tools used for increasing employee productivity byenhancing employee participation and commitment. This study highlights the effect of job involvement on threetypes of commitments i.e. affective commitment, Continuance commitment and normative commitment. Datawas collected from 211 employees of 11 different organizations and analysis revealed that job involvement haspositive impact on three types of commitments.
