Abstract

Maximum directivities, and the angular resolution necessary to include the most susceptible directions in testing, have been studied using angular resolved plane wave coupling measurements. The results are in agreement with theoretical predictions. The results of the low level coupling measurements have been compared to results from a high level susceptibility testing of the equipment. Typical beam widths and the maximum apparent directivity are almost identical.
