This study proposes the Absolute Temperature Electromagnetic Rotational Resonance Cosmology (EMRR), a cosmological framework that interprets the formation of cosmic structures and matter based on the concept of absolute temperature (0 K). In this theory, resonance is defined as a primordial equilibrium state that precedes matter and energy, while the temperature range of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) is interpreted as the equilibrium domain of resonance. According to EMRR, resonance undergoes irreversible state transitions when a critical threshold is exceeded, leading to a sequential process of resonance → electronization → thermalization and wave propagation → plasma formation → matter formation, through which cosmic structures emerge. Furthermore, mass is interpreted not as energy itself, but as the accumulated result of irreversible energy that can no longer return to its original resonant state. This study reinterprets cosmological redshift, the Cosmic Microwave Background, and matter formation within a cyclic framework characterized by the continuous generation and collapse of resonance. By doing so, it presents an alternative perspective on the origin, evolution, and structural development of the universe.
