Mazkur maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida yozma nutqni rivojlantirishning lingvistik asoslari nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Yozma nutqni shakllantirish jarayonida fonetik, leksik va grammatik bilimlarning o‘rni va ahamiyati, yozma nutqni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan amaliy mashg‘ulotlar o‘quvchilarning savodxonligi, lug‘at boyligi hamda grammatik bilimlarining rivojlanishiga ta’siri yoritib beriladi.
