Abstract

This paper challenges linear reductionist models in biomedicine by introducing a comprehensive, systems-based framework for the cybernetic regulation of human physiological processes. Rather than viewing chronic dysfunction, biological ageing, and metabolic deterioration as localized structural defects, the proposed model redefines health and homeostasis as emergent properties of functional stability within interconnected multi-level regulatory networks. The text outlines the practical implementation of these cybernetic principles through the novel MSPM–NASP framework—a dual-channel bioregulatory architecture: The Biochemical Axis (Molecularly Structured Protein Matrix - MSPM): Derived via the biotechnological transformation of Saccharomyces microorganisms, featuring a structural transition from globular to filamentous protein conformations to support anabolic maintenance and nitrogen balance under catabolic stress. The Informational Axis (Neuroacoustic Stimulation Protocol - NASP): An informational pathway utilizing the OMARIDIN Audio Matrix—a structured acoustic system engineered from the digital spectral analysis of the MSPM substrate—designed to optimize autonomic regulation and systemic feedback precision. By mathematically and conceptually bridging material metabolic support with informational neural modulation, this framework establishes a scalable paradigm for counteracting biological ageing, mitigating physiological noise, and enhancing systemic resilience in high-demand and extreme environments.
