Abstract Ramp lesions of the medial meniscus are frequently associated with anterior cruciate ligament injuries and contribute to persistent instability if untreated. Diagnosis is challenging, and repair techniques often require posteromedial portals or specialized devices. We describe a simplified angiocatheter‐assisted all‐inside repair performed entirely through anterior portals. Using an 18‐gauge angiocatheter loaded with FiberWire sutures (Arthrex, Naples, FL), sutures are passed across the meniscocapsular junction and secured with a sliding Duncan knot. This method avoids posteromedial dissection, reduces operative time, and eliminates dependence on costly implants. It is safe, reproducible, and cost‐effective, offering a practical alternative when conventional repair systems are unavailable.
