Abstract

Abstract Data were collected from 90 subjects to show the effect of graded bouts of different exercises on neuromuscular tremor magnitude. It was found that tremor magnitude varied directly with the strenuousness of exercise. Data were collected from 15 students before and after a written examination to show the effect of emotional stress on neuromuscular tremor magnitude. The stress precipitated by the examination significantly increased neuromuscular tremor magnitude. A comparison of neuromuscular tremor magnitude of young boys with that of elderly men showed that the men had a significantly greater neuromuscular tremor magnitude than the boys.
