Abstract

This paper examines the effectiveness of digital transformation in a modern university environment, focusing on the evaluation of organizational, technological, and educational changes. A comprehensive assessment framework is proposed based on the Campus Digital Index (CDI), integrating process automation, data quality, system interoperability, and digital competencies. BPMN modeling is applied to analyze existing workflows (AS-IS) and develop optimized digital processes (TO-BE). The models support quantification of improvements including reduced execution time, lower error rates, operational cost reduction, and enhanced user experience. Findings demonstrate that structured digital transformation significantly improves transparency, process consistency, and decision-making efficiency, enabling a data-driven academic ecosystem.
