The reported Andes hantavirus cluster on MV Hondius, a Dutch-flagged cruise ship sailing from Ushuaia, Argentina, with 149 passengers and crew from 23 countries on board, has been associated with 11 reported cases, including three deaths, as of mid-May 2026.
