Abstract

This scientific article presents a comprehensive treatment approach for 112 patients with purulent-necrotic wound complications in the lower extremities arising from diabetes mellitus. The patients were divided into groups according to Wagner's classification and treated using a locally produced medication (Reomannisol). The effectiveness of the complex treatment was assessed based on criteria such as the duration of patients' disability, the necessity for amputation, the frequency of repeat visits, and other indicators.
