Abstract

摘要： 目的 探讨基于知信行（kap）理论的跟踪延续护理对腰椎间盘突出症（ldh）患者的干预效应。 方法 选取2022年1月—2024年12月淄博市中心医院收治的100例ldh患者，按照护理方案分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于kap理论的跟踪延续护理。比较两组患者疼痛程度疼痛特征指数（pri）、视觉模拟评分法（vas）、即时疼痛强度（ppi）、腰椎功能腰椎功能障碍指数问卷（odi）、日本骨科协会评估量表（joa）、自我效能感一般自我效能感量表（gses）、生活质量世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表（whoqol-Bref）、健康行为健康促进生活方式量表（hplp-ⅱ）、睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（psqi）。 结果 护理后，观察组pri、vas、ppi评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ppppp 结论 基于kap理论的跟踪延续护理模式在ldh患者的康复管理中展现出多维度改善效果，可减轻患者疼痛感，有助于腰椎功能恢复，提高自我效能，提升生活质量、健康行为水平，改善睡眠质量。
