CDN-198 executes a second above-crossing frozen-switch branch at delta=0. 10, xi=25. 60. The frozen CDN-196 prediction was epsᵢnf = 0. 026829 with tolerance 0. 006. A CDN-179-style fine-grid asymptotic floor fit gives epsᵢnf = 0. 029146, signed error +0. 002317, and floor-model R2 = 0. 995740. The theta series is monotone and all velocity peaks are interior. Thus the frozen switch now has two above-crossing numerical holdouts; the analytic derivation of the crossing remains separate.
