CDN-199 derives the frozen switch crossing as a response-kernel equation. The closed transfer is algebraically identical to the CDN-196 implementation with residual 4.69e-13. The refined kernel crossing is delta* = 0.085386858, xi* = 21.859036, within 0.000198345 of the CDN-196 preregistered crossing, with stable phase-gradient decisions at delta=0.09 and delta=0.10.
