Key Points

  • This research note investigates the relationship between liquid-liquid phase transitions in supercooled water and the Unified Consciousness Geometry framework.
  • Formalized local structural fluctuations between Low-Density Liquid (LDL) and High-Density Liquid (HDL) as a quantum two-level system (TLS) with SU(2) time-evolution.
  • Demonstrated algebraic selection of the quaternion group Q8 as a subgroup of SU(2) linked to CEEE curvature coupling.
  • Developed a simulation framework for the dynamic structure factor S(Q, omega) under calcium-wave modulation.
  • Predicted convergence of energy scale of O-H...O proton tunnelling with length scale of astrocyte domains.
  • Established protocol for inelastic neutron scattering (INS) falsification tests to validate theoretical models.

Abstract

AbstractThis research note examines the mathematical compatibility between the liquid-liquid phase transition (LLPT) in deeply supercooled water and the Unified Consciousness Geometry (UCG) framework, maintaining a strict separation between established empirical facts and theoretical predictions. The analysis proceeds in three distinct stages: 1. The local structural fluctuations between Low-Density Liquid (LDL) and High-Density Liquid (HDL) in the supercooled regime are formalised as a quantum two-level system (TLS) with SU (2) time-evolution. 2. We demonstrate that the UCG resonance condition (Delta tau = pi / 2) algebraically selects the quaternion group Q8 as a subgroup of SU (2), directly linking these thermodynamic fluctuations to the CEEE curvature coupling. 3. We present a complete simulation framework for the dynamic structure factor S (Q, omega) under calcium-wave modulation. Importantly, while the framework does not claim that water at body temperature is near its critical point, it predicts that the energy scale of O-H. . . O proton tunnelling and the length scale of astrocyte domains independently converge on the same mass parameter mPhi, providing a concrete protocol for inelastic neutron scattering (INS) falsification tests. Keywords: liquid-liquid phase transition; supercooled water; SU (2) mapping; quaternion group Q8; inelastic neutron scattering; dynamic structure factor; astrocyte domains; proton tunnelling.
