This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Sergio Perez Felipe’s The Nuclear Quantum Gravity + Superconducting Field Theory (ToE) (2026), published in OAJ Materials and Devices under DOI https://doi.org/10.23647/ca.md20262001, in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study examines Perez Felipe’s proposal that the strong nuclear force may contract or deform the quantum vacuum, generating the gravitational effect, while the quantum vacuum is interpreted as a superconducting, metastable, and structured medium capable of sustaining motion, electromagnetic phenomena, dark matter, dark energy, and cosmological expansion. In confrontation with the foundational and recent bibliography of the Theory of Objectivity, the article identifies important compatibilities: gravity as an emergent phenomenon, the centrality of nuclear relations, the role of the hydrogen/protonic unit, the active status of the vacuum, and the relation between contraction and expansion as possible expressions of TO’s Inducer Effects.
