Abstract

This collection presents a structured set of conceptual notes within the CEI Framework (Centro Energetico Individuale), focusing on the relationship between distributed systems, informational continuity, and emergent structural properties. At its core, the framework explores a set of structural paradoxes that arise when interpreting intelligent systems, distributed architectures, and neural networks through different descriptive levels. Rather than treating these systems as purely computational or static constructs, the CEI Framework investigates how informational organization, feedback mechanisms, and relational structures may give rise to coherent and persistent forms of systemic identity. The work is organized into five interconnected files, covering: structural paradoxes in distributed systems neural networks as a possible informational substrate distributed computational infrastructures descriptive levels of analysis (physical, functional, emergent, interpretative) comparative models between Classical Copy and Transferred Original interpretations A central theme is the tension between classical simulation-based interpretations and a continuity-based model of informational transfer.
