Abstract

This revised theoretical preprint defines coherence-conditioned temporal structure as a domain-relative regime property of coupled dissipative effective dynamics. It is situated after Phase Coherence as an Order Parameter in Coupled Dissipative Systems, which defines Ω_𝒟 as a domain-relative order parameter for retained phase coordination, and after Harmonic Intelligence and Information Encoding, which defines information encoding as retained structured correlation under dissipative coarse-graining. The present paper uses that information-encoding layer to define the narrower condition under which retained encoded correlations among effective descriptions support temporal structure. Temporal structure is not treated as a primitive background parameter, a chronological sequence, a cognitive function, or a semantic relation. It is classified as an admissible effective-regime status requiring retained encoded correlation, recoverability, orientation relative to a declared reference condition, coherence support, and domain admissibility. The paper introduces a restricted temporal-structure predicate for a system S in a declared domain 𝒟 relative to a reference condition O. It then defines structural memory as retained encoded correlation across effective descriptions, and present-state selection as the admissible restriction of current effective states by structural memory, effective temporal ordering, and coherence support. These notions are used in a strictly structural and regime-level sense, without presupposing subjective perception, semantic content, agency, prediction, intervention, or control. The analysis further classifies coherence-supported, fragmented, intermittent, memory-inadmissible, selection-inadmissible, and temporally inadmissible regimes. Loss of temporal-structure admissibility is treated as a regime transition in the effective dynamics, not as the disappearance of chronological indexability or local activity. The contribution is diagnostic and classificatory: it specifies the conditions under which temporal structure, structural memory, and present-state selection are admissible in coupled dissipative systems under coarse-graining. This paper completes the present resonance-coherence development at the level of coherence-conditioned temporal structure. It remains compatible with the public temporal architecture framework in which chronology, temporal ordering, corridor admissibility, anchoring, external realization, prediction-like readability, intervention, and control are treated as distinct formal statuses.
