Abstract

Pulsed field ablation (PFA) is an innovative ablative technique increasingly employed in managing atrial fibrillation. It uses high-energy, nonthermal, nanosecond electrical pulses to induce irreversible electroporation, selectively disrupting cellular structures. These tailored waveforms minimize damage to surrounding nonmyocardial tissues, such as pulmonary veins, esophagus, and nerves.1 However, there is limited evidence on the efficacy of PFA for treating ventricular tachycardia (VT).
