The fundamental difficulties of mainstream physics in quantum mechanics, cosmology, and information theory stem from a single root cause: the absence of a unified ontological framework for “reality.” Based on the PFUSRC system, this paper establishes the ontological distinction between four-dimensional flow variables (the active substrate of the ontological layer) and three-dimensional dynamic variables (the solidified manifestation of the projection layer). It systematically demonstrates that matter is the “fingerprint state” of flow variables (local solidification), while vacuum is the “vacuum state” of flow variables (uniform active substrate), with information transmitted through “Ψ-Ξ anchoring” in the topological interlayer, without energy expenditure. The paper further argues that mainstream science, lacking the hierarchical distinction between “Mother Universe” and “Sub-Universe,” mistakes projection-layer phenomena for ontological structures, leading to the persistent “static universe” cognitive inertia, information paradoxes, and cosmological puzzles.
