Abstract

This second edition substantially extends the original conceptual framework of Collaborative Cognition. It introduces a clearer theoretical positioning, distinguishes collaborative cognition from ordinary collaboration, develops the concepts of resonance, emergence, reciprocal apprenticeship, and necessary interactional conditions, and further elaborates the implications for Human–AI collaboration and AI governance. The paper remains a conceptual contribution intended to support future empirical research.
