By regulating the number ( x = 0, 1, 2, 3) and position ( para -, meta -, ortho -) of N atoms via N-heterocyclic modification, a series of donor-site-acceptor (D-site-A) β-ketoenamine COFs (TpPa-N x ) were constructed for U( vi ) photoreduction.
