Construction and demolition (C estimation of the floor area of buildings to be constructed and demolished; calculation of individual intensity units of C and estimation of the future C&D debris production. This method was also applied in the city of Seoul as an actual case, and the estimated amount of C&D debris in Seoul in 2021 was approximately 24 million tons. Of this total amount, 98% was generated by demolition, and the main components of debris were concrete and brick.
