Abstract

Drei Ringe: Bei der Behandlung eines N-2,2,2-Trichlorethoxycarbonyl(Troc)-substituierten Tetrahydropyridinols (1) mit BF3⋅Et2O in CH2Cl2 entsteht in einer intramolekularen Diels-Alder-Reaktion ein tricyclisches Addukt (2, 31 % Ausbeute). Reduktion mit Zink ergab Desoxysymbioimin (3), einen potenziell resorptions- und entzündungshemmenden Wirkstoff.
