Teacher digital competence is a crucial aspect in supporting the successful implementation of technology-based learning. However, at Merdeka Ulujami Vocational High School, the problem of low effective utilization of digital media in the learning process is still found, mainly due to limited training and a lack of integrated media. This study aims to develop a website-based Learning Management System (LMS) as a solution to improve teacher digital competence. This type of research is R&D with the development model used is ADDIE. The LMS was developed using the WordPress platform and the Tutor LMS plugin designed to support blended learning. The study was conducted at Merdeka Ulujami Vocational High School with a total of 20 teachers. Data were tested for normality using the Shapiro Wilk method, showing normal results. Data analysis used a paired sample t-test and Normalized Gain. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teacher digital competence after using the LMS with an N-Gain value of 0.93 or 93%, which is categorized as effective. Observation and interview results showed that the LMS helps teachers manage digital classes efficiently and in a structured manner. However, challenges remain, especially for older teachers who are less familiar with the software, so ongoing support is needed.
