Youth participation rates in legal forums were found to be disproportionately low, indicating a need for more inclusive legislative reforms. The analysis highlights the critical importance of integrating youth perspectives into law-making processes to foster equitable social development. Policy recommendations include increasing funding for youth-oriented legal education programmes and establishing dedicated youth advisory boards within judicial systems.
