Abstract

This document provides a précis and methodological overview concerning data collected from surveys completed primarily by university students, carried out in partner institutions regarding emerging adults’ culinary practices and knowledge, for use in the RELISH consortium. The full surveys, live visualisations, and live datasets (CSV files) can be found through the following links: Survey 1: Food & Culture Questionnaire Survey 2: Futures Survey Survey 3: Food Visions / Images (about the Future) The report is a deliverable (D3.2) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
