This paper presents the theoretical foundation for interstellar travel and inertia-less drive by unifying the Seonggil Field Equations (SFE) with the Rough Operator Algebra (ROA).Moving beyond the constraints of Alcubierre’s exotic matter requirement, this research proposes a localized topological bubble governed by the golden ratio resonance. Furthermore, we establish the algebraic neutralization of inertial mass through a non-linear tensor mapping of the macroscopic Newtonian acceleration to the non-commutative acceleration commutator,enabling an integrated topological feedback loop for self-sustaining interstellar navigation.
