Bjorn Redfors

Bjorn Redfors is a professor of cardiology at the University of Gothenburg and a consultant cardiologist at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. He also holds positions as professor of research in population health sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine and professor of medicine at Columbia University, with affiliations to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. His work includes leading a translational research group focused on myocardial infarction and ischemia-reperfusion injury.
