Jacek Jerzy Jóźwiak, MD, PhD is a Professor in the Institute of Medicine and the Head of the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Opole in Poland. He graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Katowice in 1996, obtained his PhD from the same university in 2006, and became a specialist in family medicine in 2002.
