Dr. Raman Krishna Kumar is a Clinical Professor and Head of Pediatric Cardiology at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in Kochi, India. He established the pediatric heart program at Amrita and has led community-based studies on rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, and childhood hypertension. He has trained numerous pediatricians and cardiologists and contributed to over 130 publications in the field.
