Hong S. Lu, MD, PhD, is Associate Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and Saha Cardiovascular Research Center. Her research focuses on the pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms of atherosclerosis, aortic aneurysms and dissections, and renin-angiotensin regulation of cardiovascular functions. She earned an MD from Zhejiang University College of Medicine and a PhD from Kanazawa University Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
