Margaret R. MacLean (also known as Mandy MacLean) is Emeritus Professor at the Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, University of Strathclyde. She obtained her PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh in 1985 and previously held positions at the University of Glasgow from 1989 until joining Strathclyde in 2019. Her research focuses on the role of serotonin, sex hormones, and related pathways in pulmonary arterial hypertension.
