Prof. Edo Y. Birati is Chief of the Davidai-Kittler Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Tzafon (Poriya) Medical Center and Associate Dean of Clinical Research at the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine, Bar-Ilan University. He previously served as a heart failure cardiologist and Medical Director of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and completed advanced heart failure fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania.
