Domenic A. Sica served as a professor of medicine and pharmacology at Virginia Commonwealth University from 1981 to 2022. He was the chairman of VCU Health's Division of Clinical Pharmacology and Hypertension until his retirement in 2022. He directed the Hypertension Clinic at VCU Health System and contributed to research on blood pressure, hypertension, and heart failure.
