Bert Callewaert

Bert Callewaert is a full professor and head of the Department of Biomolecular Medicine at Ghent University. He serves as a clinical geneticist at Ghent University Hospital and leads the Connective Tissue - Callewaert Genomics lab. His clinical interests include cardiogenetics and rare connective tissue disorders affecting the cardiovascular system.
