The article analyzes the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in recent years, identifying the importance of the legal positions formulated in them in filling gaps and overcoming conflicts in labor legislation. According to the authors, socially oriented acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation determine the fate of a law, another legal act or certain legal norms, establish the procedure for law enforcement, embodying in accordance with this the results of their state-power activities, reflecting the unity of jurisdictional law enforcement and judicial rule-making.
