In the context of growing economic, social and environmental challenges that require comprehensive solutions at the interstate level, Europe’s experience in cross-border cooperation is of particular importance. Ukraine, which is actively seeking European integration and improved cooperation with European countries, can use this experience to develop and optimize its own strategies in the areas of economy, education, culture, and security. The development of cross-border cooperation contributes not only to economic growth, but also to cultural exchange, social stabilization, and political security. The purpose of the article is to identify strategic directions for implementing the European experience of crossborder cooperation in the context of Ukraine’s European integration efforts. The article is aimed at studying the impact of cross-border cooperation on economic development, cultural exchange, social stabilization and political security in the context of growing global challenges. Particular attention is paid to the study of the possibilities of restoring and developing infrastructure projects in the border regions of Ukraine during the war and post-war period, in order to ensure sustainable development and strengthen international integration. The key aspects of cross-border cooperation in the context of Ukraine’s European integration are identified, analyzing the strategic directions of using European experience to optimize domestic reforms. It is proved that active implementation of interstate cooperation contributes to economic growth, cultural exchange and social stability. Methods of implementing cross-border infrastructure projects that can improve logistics and strengthen environmental standards are proposed. Opportunities for Ukraine in the postwar period are identified, in particular in the context of infrastructure rehabilitation and expansion of international cooperation. The impact of cross-border activities on international security and the development of regional initiatives is summarized. The role of legislative initiatives and international programs in supporting cross-border cooperation is systematized, highlighting Ukraine’s involvement in global processes.
