This study aims to analyze factors that alleviate poverty in East Java province districts/cities. The quantitative methodology was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and covers six districts/cities in East Java from 2019 to 2023. This study uses a panel data regression analysis method using the Fixed Effect Model approach to determine the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The findings of this study indicate that the human development index variable, primary sector, and tertiary sector have positive and significant values, and the open unemployment rate and secondary sector have negative and insignificant values on the poverty rate.
